China Latina is a collab dinner with various Asian chefs. It’s a fusion menu of Venezuelan and Chinese food. The objective is to expose both cultures, to create a platform for Venezuelan and Chinese chefs to collaborate, to show the points where both cultures meet but also to create and innovate new recipes and concepts.

This dinner has been presented in Miami i collaboration with chef Chirstine Lau during Lengua conference and in London in collaboration with My Neighbours the Dumplings.
