Cacao

The first experience I created arrives to my hometown for the first time. Back to the place where everything started; my career and my love for this fruit and its versatility. The five-course menu follows the process from fruit to cacao’s most loved product, chocolate. Each course uses a by-product the process generates and represents a part of the chocolate-making process, while also sharing the origin and context that cacao is grown.
