Diamond Dinner

Fischer Evans, an old-time classic jewellery store from Tennessee, commissioned me to create an educational food experience based on the process of extracting, polishing, grading and selling diamonds.

Each part of the process was explained and represented by a dish. By the end, people would leave with a better understanding of how to buy and evaluate diamonds and a full belly, of course.
